Let me share this “flavor” of Vosges chocolate. It’s called Red Fire Bar. And there is fire at the back of my throat. Whew!
This one has Mexican ancho & chipotle chillies, cinnamon and dark chocolate with 55% cacao component. I am not a big fan of dark chocolate. In fact, I don’t like it. However, I would like to give this one a try. You can tell that you are munching on a high quality chocolate. After a few seconds I can feel just a little bit if heat at the back of my throat. Nice! I’m digging it.
